Do I have to sign a contract to get RTU services?
No! At RTU, we believe we should earn your business every month rather than locking you into a contract.
Do i need to have a set-top box on every television?
You will need a set-top box to view any of the digital channels. However, if you have a TV with a built-in QAM tuner (most TVs built in the last few years do), you can view many digital channels without a box. Give us a call and we'll walk you through how to set up your TV to receive these channels.
What is my monthly data allowance?
Infinity and beyond! At RTU, we don't have any data caps and allowances, so you never have to worry about data overages.
I live in a rural area and would like to get RTU Wireless. What should I do?
Give RTU a call at 319-788-7888 to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation site survey to determine if adequate signal is available at your location. If it is, we'll schedule the installation and you'll be online!
Can i connect my surround-sound system to my cable box?
